Mr. Olusola Adeyinka

Mr. Olusola Adeyinka is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in accounting, audit, and strategic financial management. He joined the finance team at Pharma-Deko Plc in 2025, bringing a wealth of expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and enhancing operational efficiency.

Olusola began his professional journey at Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta, where he graduated with Upper Credit in Accounting in 1995. He completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at the reputable firm of Toye Okedara & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Port Harcourt. Following his service year, he was retained as an Audit Senior, where he gained foundational exposure to the auditing complexities of the hospitality, telecommunications, and service sectors.

He has held key financial roles across a diverse range of industries, including Mining and Quarrying, Oil and Gas, and Manufacturing. These varied experiences have shaped his robust approach to financial oversight and corporate governance.

A recognized leader in his field, Olusola was inducted as an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in May 2009 and has since been elevated to a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute.
